BSO SARL follows transparency, non-discrimination, confidentiality, and ethical recruitment standards. Only real job opportunities will be posted.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
BSO SARL processes data according to its Privacy Policy. Users consent to data collection and use for recruitment services. Security measures are applied but not absolute.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by BSO SARL. No copying, reproduction, or modification without written consent.
9. Fees & Payments
Job seekers use the portal for free. Employers may pay fees for services such as job posting or candidate access (under Lebanese regulations).
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
BSO SARL does not guarantee uninterrupted services, accuracy of postings, or suitability of candidates. Not liable for damages from use of the site.
11. Termination & Suspension
BSO SARL may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Access rights cease immediately on termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Lebanese law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
