Responsibilities:

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote NOVADIM products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and product developments to remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong track record in regional sales.
Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and secure profitable contracts.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations, proposals, and reports.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with other departments.
Proficiency in using CRM software
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
Familiarity with sales analytics tools and techniques to track performance and identify opportunities.
Experience with market research tools and methodologies to gather and analyze market data.
In-depth understanding of NOVADIM’s product offerings and their applications in the industry. Familiar with AutoCAD and simulation tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Technical background in machinery is a plus.
