Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, providing knowledgeable and personalized product recommendations.
  • Maintain visually appealing and well-stocked displays that align with the hotel’s brand aesthetic.
  • Manage inventory: track stock levels, process orders, and receive shipments.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the hotel’s POS system.
  • Collaborate with the hotel’s management team to source unique, high-quality products that reflect the local culture and the hotel’s identity.
  • Keep the shop clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
