Activities
₋ Assist in sourcing potential candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and
internal databases .
₋ Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on basic job requirements.
₋ Schedule interviews and assessments with candidates as required by the Direct Manager.
₋ Communicate interview details and follow up with candidates to confirm attendance .
₋ Support in preparing interview materials and gathering feedback post-interview, in line
with the set policies and procedures.
₋ Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms.
₋ Ensure job postings are updated and active across all channels.
₋ Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant
tracking system (ATS) .
₋ Assist in generating basic recruitment reports and updating recruitment trackers, as
informed by the Direct Manager.
₋ Serve as a point of contact for candidates to provide updates and answer inquiries, inline
with the set policies and procedures.
₋ Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment
process.
₋ Document and organize related documents, including application forms, interview
schedules, and offer letters, in an accurate manner.
₋ Support the team in preparing reports and organizing recruitment-related events, such as
career fairs (as deemed necessary).
₋ Adhere to the recruitment policies and ensure compliance with the Lebanese labor law
and the company’s standards.
₋ Adhere to the diversity, equity, and inclusion standards throughout recruitment
processes.
