Job Description

  • Create a strategic visual merchandising plan that aligns with the store's brand and sales goals
  • Design and implement product displays that are visually appealing and enhance the customer's shopping experience
  • Assess the metrics for sales and revenue generated by visual merchandising activities and present the results to senior management
  • Collaborate with the marketing and buying teams to ensure that product displays align with stock availability and current promotions
  • Stay updated with current trends in visual merchandising and implement best practices in stores
  • Regularly visit stores to conduct merchandising inspections and provide feedback to store managers and sales associates
